Location — Bierson Corporation is located strategically near our primary material source. When working to achieve LEED credits, proximity to suppliers is relevant when considering transportation cost and fuel consumption. A distance less than 500 miles is considered desirable; Bierson Corporation is within 5 miles of a leading Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) and Thermofused Melamine manufacturers.

Facility — Our machining vacuum system and our dust collection system also received State of Oregon credits for its energy savings and clean air quality. Our low elevation contributes to reduce energy consumption by our vacuum systems.

Process — No VOC’s are emitted during the manufacturing process. All scrap MDF and 3D laminate materials are recycled.

Materials — We have MDF available with No added formaldehyde made from 100% recycled fiber content, which can attribute to LEED credits. All our board meets the California CARB Phase 1 requirements, we also have Phase 2 board available.

We have PET 3D laminate available that is manufactured from over 50% recycled content and 100 % polyester (PET).

Our adhesive is water based cross-linking and thermo-setting.

All finished product can be 100 % recycled.
