Our Heian CNC machining centers with multiple tool changers are considered to be the best in the industry. Our Heian router with an eight inch molder head offers C-axis 360-degree rotation and simultaneous four-axis machining, creating large profile shapes quickly and at a fraction of the up-front tooling costs. Our motorized delivery rack makes changing jobs easy and flexible manufacturing is achieved by making sure that our employees are cross trained on all stages of the process. Our Wemhoner membrane press is customized with “deep draw” capability allowing for components up to 3.25 inches thick. Custom software enables us to provide overnight delivery to customers who require a lean manufacturing process and need high volumes of components shipped on a daily basis.

We also provide precision boring and drilling, eliminating the need for secondary manufacturing.
